I purchased the video slide show advertised. The quality is excellent, including the addition of the soundtrack that I selected, but that's not what this review is about. This review is about the EXCEPTIONAL customer service that I received from the vendor. Not being the most adroit at technology , she walked me through every step necessary not only to get the material to her but then to figure out how to download it after fighting our way through cranky computer operating systems and the vagaries of GOOGLE. She spent more time with me than she made on the purchase price and when she finally figured out how to get the slide show to me in a way that I could access it, well, it exceeded my hopes and expectations. Feel secure when you use this vendor's services. A great product, an even better vendor. Brava!
